Fried asparagus

INGREDIENTS

  • 1,5 kg asparagus
  • 2 eggs
  • Flour
  • Frying oil
  • Salt to taste

PREPARATION

Clean the asparagus, eliminate the hard part, wash them and steam cook them.
Whip the eggs in a dish, accurately flour the asparagus and then dip them in the eggs, draining exceeding egg.
Fry the asparagus in the frying eggs, drain them in kitchen paper and serve them hot.
